Granadilla Mojito

SERVING SIZE: 400ml Collins Glass

Ingredients:     

*50ml White Rum

*25ml Pissaro Granadilla Puree

*4 Lime wedges

*4 – 6 Fresh mint leaves

*Half a glass of crushed ice

*1 Teaspoon icing sugar

*50ml Soda water

METHOD:

  1. Muddle fresh mint leaves and icing sugar in glass
  2. Add lime wedges and continue to muddle for a minute
  3. Now add white rum, mango puree & crushed ice and stir well
  4. Lastly, top up with soda water and crushed ice

GARNISH: Optional – granadilla wedge and mint sprig
